How to stop depression

Signals of depression:

  • You feel sad, bored and weak all the time.
  • Nothing interests you and you don't bother trying out new things.
  • You feel bad, sorry or even hate yourself and it makes you want to cry.
  • You sleep too much or too little and NEVER a sound one.
  • You can't eat anything with good appetite.
  • You keep thinking about bad moments and your mistakes in the past.
  • You feel hopeless and desperate.
  • Worse: You’re thinking about death or suicide. 

 

How to overcome depression and deal with it:

I am no mental expert , I am just a person who's gone through many stages of depression in my life and still tried to overcome with it day by day.

Here are few of my advice:
  • Find a goal in your life or just start to do some thing for a day. At least, you SHOULD HAVE A GOAL to forget your negative thoughts.
  • Work, people, weather are causing you stress and trouble? Think about the reasons of these stresses and work them out, even LEAVE them if they start to drive you crazy.
  • Look at other misfortune creatures in the world and start to appreciate for being better than them.. 
  • Listen to music songs that are inspired, "If I die young", for example, to think again about your life.
  • Consult somebody you love and trust.
  • Start to love yourself, yes, if you don't then you're killing it.
  • Stop thinking negatively, stop interacting with bad people and trashy media communication.
  • Remind yourself of best moments in your life, your good attitude/actions and your influences on other people. There are people who love, care and think of you at least once in their everyday life.

 There is always light at the end of the tunnel.
